The wellbeing of our clients and staff at Launceston Therapy Clinic is our highest priority. We continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation closely and review our services based on the advice of the World Health Organisation, Australian Government Department of Health and Australia’s Chief Medical Officer. If there are any changes to your appointments, you will be contacted directly to discuss your options.

When you visit our office, you might see some changes to our waiting room such as limited seating or you may be asked to wait outside or in your car so we can all comply with COVID safe guidelines. The rooms are disinfected regularly and we ask that you also please sanitise your hands upon entry into the building. Our waiting room space is limited, if you are early for your appointment please consider waiting in your car instead.  Please remember you must stay at home if you feel unwell.  Telehealth sessions are available if you do need to stay home. Please always follow the directions of your local health authority.

As of Tuesday 21st December, the Tasmanian government has made it mandatory that masks need to be worn indoors. We ask that clients adhere to this direction and come to their sessions prepared with a mask. There is always the option to request that your session be conducted via a telehealth consultation, please contact admin to arrange for this to happen.
