Dee Cooper 

Clinical Psychologist | M. Psych., MAPS, FCCLP, EMDRAA

Dee is a Clinical Psychologist with over 30 years experience, having worked in a range of different settings both in the public sector as well as private practice. She has a specific interest in working with adults with PTSD, anxiety, depression. A specific area of focus for Dee has been working with ex-service personnel as well as first responders. Dee has a preference for using EMDR as the main therapy modality. She is an accredited EMDRAA EMDR Consultant and offers training and consultancy to practitioners as well. Dee is a Psychology Board approved supervisor and is passionate about mentoring early career psychologists and other mental health professionals to grow and develop their skills. Dee currently consults at LTC Monday to Friday, with a fortnightly outreach clinic to Cape Barren Island.



Lucy Wise 

Clinical Psychologist | M. Psych. (Clin.), MAPS, FCCLP


Lucy is a Clinical Psychologist who has worked for a number of different services, including Disability Services and Adult Community Mental Health. Lucy uses evidence based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Schema Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy. She has a particular interest in working with adults with mood disorders, eating disorders and major mental illness. Lucy hold Psychology Board approved supervisor status. Lucy currently consults at LTC Monday to Friday.


Paul Bertoia

Educational & Developmental Psychologist | B.A. (Hons.), Dip. Ed.,  Grad. Dip. Child Psychotherapy Studies, FAPS FCEDP

Paul is an Educational & Developmental Psychologist who has worked in a range of educational, developmental and mental health settings with infants, children and adolescents and their families.  He has experience in psychological assessment, diagnosis and treatment of people with a range of developmental / learning delays and disabilities, or mental health problems.  He is a Fellow of the Australian Psychological Society and of the College of Educational & Developmental Psychologists. Paul currently consults at LTC on Saturday mornings.


David Belsham

Psychologist l Post-MSc Dip., MSc, BPsych (Hons) MAPS |


David is a Registered Psychologist with 15 years experience working in both Australia and the UK.  He has experience working in specialist trauma services, eating disorder units, as well as in the education sector.  David works with children and adults, using a variety of evidence based approaches that are tailored to the individual.  He is particularly interested in Psychodynamic approaches and enjoys ongoing study of these as well as Criminology.  David is with LTC full time and is available for weekend appointments.


Emma Brown

Psychologist MProfPsych, MAPS, EMDRAA


Emma is a registered Psychologist with experience working with young people and their families in mental health settings. Emma takes a flexible and client-centred approach and has an interest in working with anxiety and trauma related difficulties. She uses evidence based therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Schema Therapy, and EMDR. Emma consults at LTC on Mondays and Tuesdays. 


Georgia Burke

Psychologist |

Georgia is a Psychologist with experience in working with adults, young people, and their families in both mental health and disability support settings. Georgia has an interest in working with anxiety and mood disorders, trauma related difficulties, and various life stressors. Georgia uses therapeutic modalities such as Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Schema Therapy and EMDR. Georgia currently consults at LTC on Monday through to Wednesday.


Natalie Conway

Psychologist | B.BSci, B.Sci(Hon), B.Ed, AAPi, ACSA |

Natalie has worked as a psychologist for 17 years and believes it is all about the relationship and treating people with the respect and dignity they deserve. Natalie welcomes diversity and has worked extensively with children, adolescents and adults experiencing difficulties relating to adverse life events, trauma, anxiety, depression, neurodevelopmental disorders (intellectual disability, global developmental delay, autism spectrum disorder, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, specific learning disorder), and behaviour (amongst other things). Natalie will work with you to establish which evidence-based intervention is the best fit for you to address the concerns that brought you to clinic. When working with young people Natalie works extensively with the parents to ensure they are actively involved in the process. Natalie is an AHPRA approved supervisor with an interest in rural and remote practices and youth mental health and can provide academic, cognitive and behavioural assessments if required.

Lily Deeth

Psychologist (Clinical Psychologist Registrar) | M. Psych. (Clin.), MAPS  

Lily is a psychologist with experience in adolescent and adult mental health. She uses evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and incorporates mindfulness-based strategies into her practice. Lily is interested in providing assessment and therapy for a range of mental heath problems. Lily is currently on maternity leave and will be rejoining LTC as soon as she can tear herself away from her gorgeous little baby.


Zhel-Ann Delport


Zhel-Ann is a counselling psychologist with experience in working with adults, young people, families, and couples. Her approach is integrative; weaving a variety of evidence-based therapies to meet her client’s needs in the present moment. Her areas of personal interest include working with anxiety and depression, social and relationship difficulties, gender, and identity, as well as other life stressors. She works towards building a collaborative therapeutic relationship that creates space for curiosity and honest communication. Zhel-Ann currently consults at LTC on Monday though to Friday.


Claire Goulston 


Claire is a registered psychologist with 14 years of experience working with young children and adolescents. She can provide counselling and support for young people with difficulties such as depression and anxiety.  Claire has a particular interest in cognitive and academic assessment, and diagnosis of learning disorders and ADHD. She can also provide cognitive assessment for adults.


Emma Keen

Social Worker & Provisional Psychologist| B. SW, Grad. Dip. Psychology 

Emma is an accredited mental health social worker with experience in working in a number of different areas including adolescents, families and adults in mental health and within the child safety system. Emma has a special interest in the areas of trauma related difficulties, anxiety and serious mental illness. She uses evidence based therapies including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, EMDR and Schema Therapy. She has also completed her Masters in Professional Psychology and is registered as a provisional psychologist. Emma currently consults at LTC on Tuesdays to Fridays.


Liam Spicer

Registered Psychologist |(AssocMAPS, EMDRAA, AAPI)

Liam is a  registered Psychologist with experience both within government and private practice settings, and has a special interest in working with trauma, dissociation, grief, depression, phobias, and anxiety. Liam’s primary therapeutic modalities include Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, and Schema Therapy. Liam is  an EMDR accredited practitioner with EMDRAA (EMDR Association Australia). Liam is also trained in and uses components of therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Liam works with children, adolescents, and adults and consults at LTC Monday through to Friday.


Kylie Wickham

 Clinical Psychologist  | M. Psych. (Clin.) 

Kylie is a Clinical Psychologist with experience working with children and adolescents in educational settings, and with adults in mental health and drug and alcohol treatment settings. She has a particular interest in the treatment of mood and anxiety disorders, including those co-occurring with alcohol and other substance use problems. Kylie predominantly uses therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and mindfulness approaches. Kylie currently consults at LTC on Wednesdays late afternoon and early evening, and Thursdays.


Kylie Wolstencroft

Psychologist | M. Ed. Psych., MAPS 

Kylie is a Psychologist with many years’ experience working with children and adolescents in educational settings. She has a particular interest in children and adolescents  with anxiety and mood disorders as well as supporting carers with parenting and behavioural issues. Kylie uses evidence based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy , Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Play and Art Therapies and incorporates Mindfulness into her practice. Kylie also works with adults and has a particular interest in using  EMDR across age groups. She currently consults at LTC on Mondays and Thursdays late afternoon/early evening, and Saturday mornings.


Molly Taylor

Provisional Psychologist 

Molly is a provisional Psychologist with experience in working with adults in a residential rehabilitation mental health setting. Molly enjoys helping people achieve their goals and improve their overall wellbeing, while providing a safe therapeutic environment. Molly enjoys working with all ages to provide therapy for a range of mental health issues.

Nicky Weber 

Accredited Mediator

Nicky is able to provide mediation in a wide range of matters, from families to work related situations. Nicky is a qualified solicitor, has an Honours degree in Psychology and is a registered Mediator with the Australian Mediation Institute. Nicky is available on Saturdays or other days by appointment, please contact our friendly admin staff for more information. 



Accredited Therapy Dog

Paddington is a two year old Spaniel and accredited Therapy Dog who works alongside Kylie Wolstencroft through Animal Assisted Therapy. Paddington loves long walks and being pampered. He is available to work with clients of all ages.


Reception staff are able to take your phone calls between 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday. Outside of these times, please feel free to leave a voicemail and your call will be returned as soon as possible.

Stacey Saunders

Practice Manager 

Stacey Saunders is our Practice Manager at Launceston Therapy Clinic. Stacey is responsible for the day to day running of the Clinic and provides support to our clinicians and reception staff. Stacey is passionate about Mental Health and has a raft of experience within the Mental Health Industry.


Tamara Clayton

Administrative Assistant  

Tamara is one of our friendly reception staff members that  you will most likely encounter when you first make contact with LTC. Tamara has worked as a receptionist in mental health settings for many years and can help you with any queries that you may have.

Shontelle Morely

Administrative Assistant  

Shontelle works in reception and administration from Mondays to Wednesdays and will be one of the friendly faces that you will meet when you attend an appointment at LTC. Shontelle has previously worked in hospitality and reservations and is looking forward to assisting LTC clients with any queries that they may have. 


Sophie Hillier

Trainee Administrative Assistant  

Sophie works with LTC in a casual reception role. Sophie is currently studying psychology at UTAS and hopes to work as a psychologist in the future. Sophie is enjoying gaining experience working alongside our team of clinicians.
