Medicare rebates are available to clients receiving psychological services with a Mental Health Care Plan from a GP, Psychiatrist or Paediatrician referral for up to 10 sessions per calendar year. Please consult you medical practitioner regarding this matter if required.
Medicare rebates vary between $70 and $124.50 per individual session, which usually leaves a gap fee between $25 to $45 per session for clients to pay. Clinical Psychologists and Occupational Therapists at the clinic are recognised providers with Medicare and various private healthcare bodies.
Our Medicare Easyclaim EFTPOS terminal allows you to claim your rebate at the time of your appointment. Please note that rebates can ONLY be paid into a savings or cheque account that is linked to your Medicare card. Please contact Medicare directly for further information.

PRIVATE HEALTH FUNDS
If you are not eligible for Medicare rebates, you may still be able to claim from your Private Health Fund with the right level of cover (e.g., MBF, Medibank Private, St Luke’s Health etc.). Unfortunately at this point in time we are unable to process your private health fund on site, however we hope to have this option available in the near future.

Fees vary depending on the clinician you are seeing and your eligibility for Medicare rebates - If your service is eligible for a Medicare rebate, the gap fee will vary between $25 to $45 per session. This may be higher for initial appointments.
Fees for psychometric assessments and reports vary depending on the client’s needs - please feel free to discuss assessment fees with us.
Individual sessions are 50 mins to 1½ hours for the first assessment session, and 50 minutes per treatment session.
We accept cash, EFTPOS, Mastercard & Visa.
Please note that payment is to be made on the day of service, except for approved Work Cover or insurance claims where the Insurer is billed directly.
If you fail to keep your appointment without giving any notice, the full session will be charged. If you want to change or cancel an appointment, we require two full working days notice as a reasonable time to fill that slot.
Occasionally people are prevented from keeping an appointment because of sudden illness or unexpected emergencies. If this happens to you, please contact the clinic as soon as possible and the fee will be waived.
